Alce Rocks (“Alce”, “we”, “our”) develops applications for Shopify, including our Shop Mini called Listus (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our App.

1.1 Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from end users.

Listus only operates using store-level data provided by Shopify, strictly within the permissions granted by the merchant.

We do not collect or store:

Names
Emails
Phone numbers
Addresses
Payment information
Behavioral data
Persistent identifiers

1.2 Operational Data Access (Non-Personal)

To function properly, Listus may temporarily access non-personal store data, such as:

Product information
Collection information
Data required to build product lists created by the merchant

This information is not stored and is used exclusively during the App’s operation.

1.3 Cookies and Tracking

Listus does not use cookies, tracking technologies, or any form of user identification.

1.4 Data Sharing

Because we do not store personal information, no data is shared with third parties.

1.5 Security

Even without storing personal data, we maintain industry-standard security practices to protect the App’s infrastructure and communication between Shopify, the merchant’s store, and Listus.

1.6 User Rights

Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no personal information available for access, correction, or deletion.

The use of the App can be discontinued at any time by uninstalling it from the Shopify admin.

1.7 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest revision date will always be shown at the top of this page.

2. Terms of Use

By using Listus, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

2.1 Description of the Service

Listus allows Shopify merchants to create, organize, and share product lists inside a Shop Mini that appears in the Shop app.

Features and functionality may evolve over time, and we may add, modify, or remove features as needed.

2.2 Permitted Use

By using Listus, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes;
Not attempt to access unauthorized areas or systems;
Not attempt to modify, disrupt, or interfere with the App’s operation.

2.3 Access to Store Data

Listus functions based on the permissions you grant through Shopify OAuth.

The App only accesses data necessary for its features, and no personal customer data is stored by Alce.

2.4 Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for:

Ensuring that their use of Listus complies with local laws and Shopify policies;
Managing and securing access credentials to their Shopify store;
Ensuring that any content they create using the App (titles, lists, descriptions, etc.) complies with their own policies;
Uninstalling the App if they disagree with these Terms.

2.5 Modifications and Availability

Alce Rocks may modify, suspend, or discontinue Listus at any time, with or without notice — especially as the Shop Minis environment continues to evolve.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alce Rocks is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, sales, or data;
Errors or downtime caused by Shopify APIs or the Shop app;
Incorrect use or configuration of the App by the merchant.

Listus is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2.7 Intellectual Property

All code, design, interfaces, and documentation behind Listus belong to Alce Rocks.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

2.8 Termination

The merchant may stop using Listus at any time by uninstalling it from their Shopify store.

Alce may also suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

2.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, regardless of where the App is used, without regard to conflict of law principles.
