What is Juriti?
Juriti is a Shopify app that helps you configure and manage shipping for your store.
In practice, Juriti connects your Shopify store to the different ways of calculating shipping for your operation, such as carriers, integrated providers, your own shipping tables, and fixed rates. Based on these configurations, it organizes which delivery options will be displayed at checkout, along with their respective prices, delivery times, and availability.
The app also allows you to simulate shipping quotes before applying the configuration to checkout, providing more security to validate how shipping will be offered to the customer.
What problem does Juriti solve?
Shipping is one of the steps that requires the most coordination in an e-commerce operation. Prices, delivery times, covered regions, tables, and carriers need to work together so that the customer sees the correct delivery options at checkout.
Juriti brings all these decisions together within a single app on Shopify. Instead of managing each shipping logic separately, you can define how each service will be calculated, under what conditions it should appear, and what adjustments need to be applied based on the order.
This way, your operation gains more control over how it calculates, tests, and offers shipping to the customer.
What are the main features of Juriti?
With Juriti, you can:
- Create different types of shipping services in Shopify: configure fixed rates, import your own tables, or use rates calculated by integrated providers.
- Apply commercial and logistical rules: adjust price, delivery time, or availability based on conditions such as ZIP code, weight, order value, products, or variants.
- Connect shipping providers: use the integrations available in the app to check prices and delivery times.
- Simulate quotes before using them at your Shopify store's checkout: test scenarios to check if services and rules are producing the expected result.
- Track shipping performance: check the app status in Shopify, configured services, and the volume of quotes on the dashboard.

Before you begin:
Can I use Juriti with any Shopify plan?
No. For Juriti to show shipping options at checkout, your store must have access to CCS (Carrier Calculated Shipping), a Shopify feature that enables the use of rates calculated by apps and carriers.
Currently:
- Shopify Advanced: has access to the feature;
- Shopify Plus: has access to the feature;
- Shopify Grow annual: has access to the feature;
- Shopify Grow monthly: can add the feature for an additional fee;
- Shopify Basic and Starter: do not have access to the feature.
Important: Having a compatible plan enables the ability to use rates calculated by applications, but does not automatically activate Juriti at checkout.
Juriti still needs to be configured correctly in Shopify's shipping options. For this, see the section “Activate Juriti in Shopify” in the article below.
If your store does not have access to CCS, Juriti will not be able to display your shipping rates at checkout.

How to install and start using Juriti?
After installing Juriti in your Shopify store and authorizing the permissions, go to:
Shopify Admin → Apps → Juriti
On your first use, choose a Juriti plan.

The app uses a service known as Carrier Service (a connection used by Juriti to send calculated shipping options to Shopify). For this flow to work, your store needs access to CCS (Carrier Calculated Shipping), a Shopify feature that allows receiving rates calculated by apps and carriers, and Juriti must be configured in Shopify's shipping options.
If you have not yet confirmed your plan's compatibility, check the section “Can I use Juriti with any Shopify plan?” before continuing.
The configuration flow is simple:
- Activate Juriti in Shopify
- Create your first shipping service
- Create rules to customize shipping
- Run a simulation to validate the configurations
After these steps, Juriti will be configured to calculate and offer shipping options according to your operation's rules.
In the next sections, you will see each step of the configuration in detail. If you prefer, use the topic links to go directly to the step you want to configure or review.
1) Activate Juriti in Shopify
Before configuring your shipping services, confirm that your store can use the rates calculated by Juriti. You can review the compatible plans in the section “Can I use Juriti with any Shopify plan?”.
Then, go to:
Shopify Admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery > Shipping > Shipping profiles
- Open the shipping profile corresponding to the products that will use Juriti:

- Add Juriti to this profile's shipping options and save the configuration.
Important: If your store has more than one shipping profile, confirm that Juriti is configured in the profile corresponding to the products that should use the service.
- Then, return to the Juriti dashboard and check if the app appears as active.

2) Create your first shipping service
After activating Juriti in Shopify, choose how the app should calculate delivery.
Go to:
Shopify Admin → Apps → Juriti → Services
You can create the service in three ways.

2.1) Fixed rate
Choose Fixed rate when you want to set the delivery price and time directly.
This option is recommended for methods where the value does not depend on a table or a query to an external provider.
2.2) Table rate
Choose Table rate when your operation already has its own shipping table.
In Juriti, you can download a CSV template and fill it out with your operation's information.
The table uses data such as:
- start and end ZIP code range;
- minimum and maximum weight;
- price;
- minimum and maximum delivery time.
It is also possible to optionally provide a custom display name and description for the registered ranges.
After filling out the file:
- select the weight unit used in the table;
- upload the CSV to Juriti;
- wait for the file to be processed.
Once processed, the table will be used in shipping quotes according to the registered ranges.

2.3) Calculated rate
Choose Calculated rate when the price and time are queried directly from a carrier or a provider integrated with Juriti.
Currently, Juriti has integrations with:
- Correios
- Jadlog
- Jamef
To configure, select the desired integration and fill in the requested information, such as access credentials and available methods.
During the quote process, Juriti queries the provider and uses the response to return the delivery options with the corresponding price and time.
When configuring a service, you will find fields such as control name, display name, and description.
- Control name: used to identify the service within the app, for internal control.
- Display name: name that can be shown to the customer.
- Description: supplementary text that can appear next to the shipping option.
Did you miss an integration with any specific carrier in Juriti?
We are always evaluating new integrations to make Juriti even more complete.
2.4) Advanced settings
At the end of any service type configuration, you can also access Advanced settings to complement how the shipping option will be presented to the customer.
Currently, this area allows you to add text before or after the service name and description, which will be visible at checkout.

Example of the view at checkout:

You can configure:
-
Name prefix: adds text before the service name.
Checkout example:Delivery+Express -
Name suffix: adds text after the service name.
Checkout example:Express Delivery+— arrives by 08/21 - Description prefix: adds text before the description.
- Description suffix: adds text after the description.
These adjustments help make the shipping option clearer to the customer without altering the service's main identification within Juriti.
If your store does not need these customizations, you can keep the default settings.
3) Create rules to customize shipping
Rules are optional and serve to adapt a shipping service to specific situations in your operation.

Use a rule when you want to change the behavior of a delivery option. For example, you can:
- increase or decrease the shipping price;
- change the delivery time;
- hide a shipping option.
When creating a rule, first choose which shipping services it will be applied to. Then, define:
- when the rule should occur, using the available triggers;
- what Juriti should do when these conditions are met.
Among the available triggers, you can use conditions such as:
- order price range;
- weight range;
- products;
- variants;
- destination states;
- ZIP code range;
- service name.
Then, choose the desired action. You can:
- hide a rate;
- modify the price;
- modify the delivery time.
Practical example: You can hide a shipping option for a certain ZIP code range or add days to the delivery time when certain products are in the cart.
If your service does not need specific conditions or adjustments, you can use Juriti without creating rules.
4) Run a simulation to validate the configurations
Before finalizing the configuration, run a simulation to check if the service is working as expected within Juriti.
Go to:
Shopify Admin → Apps → Juriti → Shipping simulation
Enter:
- the origin ZIP code;
- the destination ZIP code;
- a product/variant for testing.

Click "Simulate" and check if Juriti returns the expected shipping option.
In the result, you can verify how the service configurations are being applied, such as:
- rules that change price, time, or availability;
- texts added by prefix and suffix in the service name or description.
If you created rules, perform the simulation with a scenario where they are applied. For example, use a ZIP code, product, or another condition corresponding to the rule you want to test.
When there are modifications, the Without modifiers field shows the original result of the service, before the rules were applied. This allows you to compare the original price and time with the final result returned by Juriti.
If the shipping option appears in the simulation with the expected price, time, and customizations, it means the service is being processed by Juriti according to the configuration performed.
With this, you have completed the basic configuration and can start using Juriti. 😉
